Contracting Parties
These terms & conditions govern the contract between The Bendene of 15 - 16 Richmond Road, Exeter, Devon EX4 4JA and You, the Guest.

Arrival & Departures
For the convenience of incomming guests, we require rooms to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. However, later departures may be possible upon request.  Normal check-in time is 1pm onwards although earlier arrivals can be pre-arranged.  Please note we do not accept check-ins after 10pm without prior arrangement.

Availability
Room rates may vary depending upon availability.
Prices are subject to change without notice, however, your price is guaranteed once you have received confirmation of your booking.

Booking Information
Our reservations team are able to take your bookings 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm.  You will be required to secure your booking with a deposit, if staying 2 nights or more.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation, please allow us 24hrs notice (72hrs for group bookings).  In the event of less notice of your cancellation, we reserve the right to charge you the full cost of the booking if the room(s) is not subsequently re-let.  We will however make every effort to re-let the room(s)

Car Parking
The Bendene car park is free, and situated at the rear of the building.  There is limited availability, and it is provided at the customer's own risk.  On arrival please call to reception to unload your luggage, and we will inform you how to find our car park.

Comments & Complaints
Any comments or complaints regarding your stay should be made to the Bendene Management at the time of your visit, so that it can be resolved straight away.

Damages & Thefts
In the event of damage or theft  to any of The Bendene's property, caused by you, we reserve the right to charge/invoice to replace, repair or professionally clean the item concerned.  We can provide you with a breakdown of such charges if you wish, which may include an 
administrative fee to recover our costs.

General Information
The Bendene can not be held responsible for events beyond its control or the control of the suppliers (such as fire, bad weather,industrial action, strikes, technical difficulties or transport problems), nor for any curtailment, cancellation or change to any accommodation, activity or itinery, which is caused as a result of such events.

The Bendene excludes all loss of valuables and damage to the property and any direct, indirect or consequential losses suffered by you, other than death or personal injury resulting in a negligent act or omission by The Bendene, it's management or employees.  If you have valuable items please advise the management on arrival.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
