Card Payments  Please note, whilst we do accept many card types, payment by debit card is free, but unfortunately we do have to charge 2% for all credit cards now.

All discounts must be requested at time of booking, they will not be deducted after a reservation has been made.

Parking
We have some private off street parking; this is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. We also have LIMITED garage spaces. Please ask on arrival for availability.  There is some free overnight parking in the street outside and also a pay and display car park close by.

Help is on hand
We are able to store your luggage for you should you wish to leave it after your stay, and we are happy to help with booking a taxi for you; also if you need to send or receive a fax we can help with that too.

Satisfaction All of the staff at The Bendene tries to ensure that everyone enjoys their visit.  If you find that things are not as they should be, please do ask any of us for assistance.  If it is within our control, we will do our best to help you.  In order that we can give you our utmost attention, please try to avoid asking us during breakfast.  This time is usually very busy and we may not be able to handle your query in the appropriate manner.
