Exeter has many B&B's and guest houses offering bed and breakfast, and also lots of hotel accommodation, so why choose to stay at The Bendene .

The Bendene has a choice of double, twin and single rooms; both ensuite and non-ensuite, set over five floors.  During your stay at The Bendene, we want you to be as comfortable as possible, so we try to meet all of your needs.  The rooms all have colour T.V, central heating, a hospitality tray and are individually decorated with a style of their own, but still with your comfort in mind. Situated on the ground floor with easy level access from the road, we have a beautiful room with a king size bed which has an en-suite room with shower, w.c. and wash basin.  Most of our other rooms are on the first, second and third floors, so if you find stairs a little difficult, please ask to be placed on a lower floor or even the ground floor.  We also have a self-contained room on the lower ground floor.  This room is quite spacious and is fully equipped with a king sized bed, and en suite shower room.  The access is separate from the main building.

Our deluxe double rooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers over the baths.  The bathrooms themselves are a good size and due to the large windows are very light.  As well as the usual hospitality tray, fresh filter coffee awaits you in your room.  The four-poster bed is elegantly furnished, yet the room is still light and spacious. We also have one of our king size beds fitted with a wonderful canopy and co-ordinated furnishings. Both of these rooms are ideal for any special occasion!

You may be able to get a Wi-Fi connection in your room, but in case you are having difficulty, we have a hot spot in the dining room.  This is vacant for use from 10.00am (or after breakfast) until 10.00pm. 

If you need any extra bedding, fresh towels, a hairdryer or to use the ironing facilities during your stay, or if you just need assistance with the local surroundings, or have encountered a problem within the building, either ask any member of staff or ring the brass bell in reception.  We will do our best to help you. 

For your convenience, rooms are accessible to you at all times and The Bendene operates a strict non-smoking policy. Anyone found smoking anywhere in the building might be asked to leave immediately.
