Access statment for The Bendene.

The Bedene is a Georgian grade II listed building with access straight from the road to the reception area, the breakfast room and 1 groud floor bedroom.  All other bedrooms are up stairs located on 3 floors.  We do not have a lift in place.

Bookings can be made by fax, phone or e-mail, there is information on our website about how to do this and also information giving the location and distance from the city centre, coach and train stations.

There is limited private parking at the rear of the building, and road parking after 5pm on the street outside the front of The Bendene, a pay and dispaly car park is close by.

Reception is manned from 7am to 10pm and is located at the front of the building, direct from the street at pavement level, there are no steps.

The breakfast room is fully carpeted and well lit with wall lights and a chandelier.  The tables can be re-arranged to suit groups and aid access, and staff are on hand to help with this and other aspects of breakfast.  The menu offers a variety of options for breakfast.

Outside to the rear of The Bendene, down a short flight of steps is a patio area with the swimming pool.  This area has seating and tables, but is not manned by staff.

There are no special facilities in the bedrooms or bathrooms/en-suite rooms.
